Constructivism Learning Approaches: Assessment of Student’s Participation and Approaches to Teaching of Mathematics in Selected Colleges of Education in Ghana

The study focused on use of Constructivism learning approaches to assess formative assessment practices Mathematics tutors in selected Colleges Education Ashanti and Bono Region Ghana. adopted Convergent Parallel research design guide the study. A sample 56 was sampled through census Questionnaire, interview observation checklist were used collect data from participants. revealed that ensured students participation lesson by asking questions for clarification, writing notes future reference, taking part class exercises group work. It concluded has brought light mathematics using different methods or approaches. This may due attend professional development improve their teaching strategies as well is concerned.
